  • Analysis: Scanning your library to identify duplicate/similar photos, screenshots, and assess media compressibility.
  • Compression: Reading photo and video data to perform compression.
  • Deletion: Deleting photos and videos only after you explicitly confirm the action within the app (e.g., deleting selected duplicates, screenshots, or original files after successful compression).
  • Saving: Saving newly compressed photos and videos back into your photo library.

Emphasis on Local Processing: Key processing tasks, such as duplicate detection, screenshot identification, and media compression, are performed directly on your device. Your photos and videos are not uploaded to our servers for these core features.

Purchase Information (Premium Features)

If you choose to purchase the Premium version of the app (unlocking features like unlimited compression), the transaction is processed securely by Apple through the App Store. We utilize Apple's standard StoreKit API to:

  • Receive anonymous transaction confirmation from Apple to verify your purchase.
  • Unlock the premium features within the app on your device(s).
  • Allow you to restore your previous purchase on other devices linked to your Apple ID.

We do not collect, receive, or store any personal payment information, such as credit card details or billing addresses. Apple manages the entire payment process.

Analytics

We do not include third-party analytics or tracking tools in the app. We may utilize Apple's opt-in App Analytics service, which provides anonymized and aggregated data about app usage (like crash reports and feature usage frequency) directly from Apple. This data cannot be used to identify individual users and helps us improve the app's stability and performance. You can control whether you share this data with developers via your iOS device settings.

  • Purchase Restoration: Premium users can restore their purchase on new or multiple devices using the app's restore function, which communicates with Apple's App Store.

The app is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the relevant age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
